Process Flow

1.Cup in: the paper cup falls down after counting by the cup counting rack, and slides onto the cup loading table. After the cup pouring photoelectric eye detects that there is a cup, the cup turning mechanism moves to pour the paper cup on the rope belt and sends it to the top of the heat-sealed splint;
2.Film feeding: when the cup is detected by the optical eye, the pulse is sent to the servo driver after being recognized by the PLC program, and the film of the corresponding length is sent out according to the different diameter of the cup;
3.Heat sealing: the heat-sealing splint is opened, the cup is lowered, the splint is closed, the heat-sealing knife is heat-sealed to the film, and the bag-sealing process is completed;
4.Cup out: The sealed cups fall to the rear conveying board, and the cups of different specifications are dropped from the corresponding cup outlets into the box according to the memory function of the PLC program, and the cups are collected.
