The working principle of this factory’s paper cup machine is that a main motor drives the entire machine to operate, achieving a perfect integration of chain and cam structures. Now, the machine uses a single aluminum disc instead of the previous three-disc machine, which significantly reduces the machine’s failure rate and shortens the training time for operators. Customized paper cups of 3-9oz in single or double laminated form can be made according to customer requirements. It is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment. Through multiple feeding divisions for automatic paper feeding, a paper sheet retention device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic welding, mechanical hand paper tube transfer, oil injection, bottom punching, bottom folding, preheating, embossing, and cup unloading, it can stably produce various different specifications of paper cups. It is a paper cup equipment independently developed by our company, which has been improved through comprehensive technical improvements to enhance the stability performance of the entire machine.
